I am your teacher for the semester, Mrs. Draeger, but you can call me "Mrs. D" or "Misty D"! I teach American Literature, Honors European Literature, and Multi-Genre Reading and Writing (MGRW). In the past I taught Communication Arts 10 and Creative Writing, but it is what it is I suppose! I am absolutely enamored with poetry and realistic fiction, no surprise seeing as how I teach comm arts. Edgar Allen Poe's work is among my faves, so when we begin learning about mid-1800s literature, I might just geek out! I graduated from Missouri Western State University in 2006 and began teaching the following school year here at HHS.
